I founded Virtuous after more than 15 years as a QA Administrator with another provider, where I developed a strong foundation in quality, compliance, and team development. When DDA introduced its new model for more personalized supports, I was inspired to build an agency that embraced those values. Relocating provided the perfect opportunity to bring that vision to life.
