Our mission is to provide support services to adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses in the least restrictive environment possible.
Model of Care
Our model of care is composed of progressive independence in an environment that provides ongoing support based on individual needs and desires. Our goal is to deliver quality services while providing useful resources to assist people in becoming as self-sufficient as possible while accomplishing their individual goals with the desired outcomes.
Our model of service is based on the five essential focus areas for community living:

Model of Care
Our model of care is composed of progressive independence in an environment that provides ongoing supports based on individual needs and desires.
Our Community Living/Group Home program provides long-term sharing of lives, forming of caring households, and close relationships between people with disabilities and qualified support staff. Services include but are not limited to:
“Visited my cousin today. She has learned how to wash her dish and cup after she eats and knows how to play Connect! She’s come a long way. She used to be very violent but seems to be growing out of it.”
“It feels really good to be in my own place. It’s really easy for me to get to work from here and my roommate is super nice.”
“I like working in the garden because I’d rather grow my own food than spend all that money in the market. My family has always had a garden and I miss doing it.”
Our Community Development Services model focuses on the development and maintenance of skills through community engagement with peers of no more than four to a group. Services may include:
