Bianca Cole
As Executive Director, Bianca Cole leads the organization’s Operations programs with a focus on advocacy, staff support, and community impact. She provides guidance and leadership across teams, championing person-centered care and cultivating a workplace culture grounded in appreciation and growth.
Bianca is especially proud of initiatives designed to build team morale—through staff appreciation gifts, awards, and events—as well as organizing community service projects through the Meaningful Day program. She also facilitates and participates in vacations for residential program participants, creating lasting, joyful experiences.
Her journey began in March 2021 as a Virtual Activities Coordinator during the COVID-19 pandemic. She quickly progressed through roles as Office Manager and Assistant Director before officially becoming Executive Director in August 2025. Bianca describes her path as both challenging and beautiful, enriched by continual learning from her COO, team members, and the program participants the organization serves.

She thrives on being challenged and receiving constructive feedback, and credits her team—many of whom bring years of experience—for helping shape her growth as a leader. She finds deep joy in watching her staff and program participants achieve personal and professional milestones.

Bianca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Leadership from Coppin State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Baltimore. Her certifications include:

Professional Development
Bianca’s advocacy began with a personal drive to show up for others—especially in support of her aunt, the organization's CEO. She joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority (Nu Gamma Chapter), served as Chapter Basileus, and was elected President of the Nonprofit Leadership Student Alliance Program. Her determination led her to graduate both high school and college after becoming a mother at age 17, defying expectations and embracing her purpose.

Away from the office, Bianca enjoys reading, participating in book club discussions, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Her faith, family, and heart are the core of her motivation. She’s often described by those around her as “the joy and laughter that everyone needs.”
