As Service Monitor for Residential Services, Saundra Wright plays a vital role in ensuring quality care and advocacy for program participants. Her responsibilities include educating staff on Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), conducting satisfaction surveys, updating participant records, creating Service Implementation Plans (SIPs), and providing onsite training and monitoring. Saundra also collaborates with external professionals serving on participant caseloads, maintaining strong communication across support teams.
She is especially proud of the meaningful relationships she has cultivated with each participant, establishing trust, building bonds, and becoming a dependable presence in their daily lives.

Saundra graduated from Douglas Senior High School and attended Baltimore City Community College and Dundalk Community College. She holds a degree in Christian Counseling as well as certifications in Medical Terminology, MANDT, First Aid, AED, and CPR.
Her professional journey began in 1979 at City Hospital and spanned multiple decades—serving in roles such as medical claims adjustment at BlueCross BlueShield and team leadership in patient financial clearance at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Her background reflects a lifelong commitment to healthcare, administration, and compassionate service.

Saundra finds joy in visiting nursing homes to offer spiritual connection and comfort, attending church, participating in a book club, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoys working out at home and playing games on her tablet.
