Evelyne serves as the Residential Director, where she is dedicated to protecting the rights of each individual in care. She participates in the development and implementation of Individualized Residential Treatment Plans, ensures the creation and monitoring of weekly calendars and menus for all homes, and provides supervision to Program Managers, house Leads, and Direct Support Professionals. Her journey with the organization has been very rewarding, marked by opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and witness the growth of the individuals supported.

Evelyne’s passion for helping people inspired her educational path, with the goal of making life easier for others. She is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Program Management Institute and has recently completed her CPR Instructor course. In the long term, she plans to return to school to finish her degree, balancing professional growth with her role as a mother.
