Lauretta serves as a Program Manager, supervising four residential homes along with Direct Support Professionals and house leads. She ensures shift coverage, plans activities and menus, and maintains safe, compliant environments across all homes.
A project she is particularly proud of was assisting the team with decorating for the annual all-staff training conference, contributing creativity and teamwork to a meaningful event.
