Her journey began in March 2021 as a Virtual Activities Coordinator during the COVID-19 pandemic. She quickly progressed through roles as Office Manager and Assistant Director before officially becoming Executive Director in August 2025. Bianca describes her path as both challenging and beautiful, enriched by continual learning from her COO, team members, and the program participants the organization serves.
